After I lost my husband to cancer in 2014, my love of photography that began years ago as a child, as I poured through my grandmother’s vintage photo albums, took on a whole new purpose.
You’re alive. Now. Live in the moment.
It’s this take on life that makes me the photographer I am – the one that aims to capture the moments that mean the most to you. The everyday moments we may often take for granted, but crave to remember as the years go on.
As a photographer, my focus is capturing your life as it is now so you can look at the photos someday with your grandchildren and reminisce about the house you lived in, the sofa their Mommy once jumped on, or Daddy’s skinned knees from climbing the tree out front.
When our session is complete, you will see the pictures aren’t just for you, but also for your loved ones to pass down from generation to generation.
There is no “perfect” time for pictures. There will always be those 5 extra pounds to lose, or an updated piece of furniture you wish you could purchase, but in the end, time passes us by way too quickly. And I’d be honored to help you preserve your perfectly imperfect life, right here and right now.
